The Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Plan includes separate sub-areas within the Community Redevelopment Area with strategic and compatible action steps to address specific issues related to economic growth and revitalization. The entire CRAencompasses 1,349 acres and each sub-area is characterized by types of land uses, assets and future development plans based on the opportunities that exist including protection of our existing neighborhoods.
