CRA ANNUAL BUDGET (BUDGET) (ss163.362/ ss163.387)
The CRA Annual Budget (BUDGET) must contain a statement of the projected costs of the CRA projects and activities in the upcoming fiscal year, including the amount to be expended on publicly funded capital projects in the AREA and any indebtedness of the CRA, the county, or the municipality proposed to be incurred for such redevelopment if such indebtedness is to be repaid with increment revenues. It should be noted that the Dania Beach CRA does not have a trust fund and is funded as a line item of the city budget. However, we still comply with this statute.
